On December 18, the Kyiv organization of the National Union of Architects of Ukraine reviewed the materials prepared by the Ukrainian State Institute of Cultural Heritage for the Historical and Architectural Reference Plan of Kyiv, which is the basis for the development of the city's Master Plan. The reviewers of the work are O.P. Oliynyk, member of the Union of Architects, Candidate of Architecture, Vice President of the UUA, member of ICOMOS, and V.G. Shiryaev, Honored Architect of Ukraine, Chief Architect of the Urban-Civil Project Institute.
